By using the Nisha site you accept the terms below. Please read them before you place an order.
1. Placing an order and paying
Your order is registered once you have chosen your products and filled in your details. To complete it you must pay within 24 hours; otherwise the order is cancelled automatically. Payment goes through accredited bank gateways, and once it is confirmed your order is prepared for dispatch.
2. Shipping and delivery
Products are dispatched 3 to 7 working days after the order is confirmed. The shipping cost varies by destination and is shown at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over one million Toman.
Nisha does its best to send orders as quickly as possible, but is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or by circumstances outside our control (holidays, weather). If anything goes wrong with a delivery, please do get in touch.
3. Returns and refunds
Because of the hygienic nature of these products, returns are not possible except in the following cases:
- The product was damaged or physically defective on delivery
- The wrong product was sent
In either case you must tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photograph of the product. After we have looked into it, a replacement is sent or the amount is refunded to your account.
Please note: individual skin or allergic reactions, which come down to differences between people, are not grounds for a return. Always patch test before using a new product.
4. Using the products
Nisha products are made carefully and from good-quality raw materials, but every skin responds differently. Before using a product fully, test it on a small patch of skin — the back of the hand or the wrist.
If you have a history of skin sensitivity or allergy, check the ingredient list or consult a specialist. Nisha is not responsible for individual allergic reactions.
5. Privacy and data security
Your personal details (name, address, phone number) are used only to process and send your order, and are never shared with third parties.
Payments go through accredited, secure bank gateways, and Nisha stores none of your card details.
6. Intellectual property
All content, images, designs and the Nisha name belong to this brand. Copying, republishing or using the site’s content commercially without written permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to these terms
Nisha may change these terms when it needs to. Changes are announced on the site, and continuing to use the site means accepting the new terms.
